Session Subzero
So this is if you want to learn a little more about how I run sessions. Consider this a session prior to session zero. These are Legacy 5th Edition games (with more systems to come)
So, first and foremost these campaigns are run for profit. There is a fee per player per session for these campaigns. These are quality sessions, lasting around 4 hours. I am currently making a run at doing this professionally as a living with my 8+ years of Dungeon Master experience. You can see my portfolio on the home page to learn more about that!
About Me:
Hi, I'm Fox. I'm a self-made Vtuber and PhD student who recently lost their funding and thus paycheck. In order to justify the amount of effort (and more effort on the way) I needed to monetize my games. I sincerely adore world building, guiding my players through those worlds, and table-top roleplay shenanigans in general. My door is always open to concerns, suggestions, complaints, or just to vent.
I am LGBTQ friendly, accommodating for disabilities that need you to leave the table, and most of all, concerned about making sure everyone is having a good time. I put my heart and soul into developing the world and incorporating the player characters into it so that they have a fun and engaging experience that will leave a player with happy memories they can walk away from the table with.
You're paying for a good time, I want to give you a great one, and anything less than that is a failure on my part!
Campaign Settings
While I do have many worlds, only the Endless Desert, the world of Andanéya Lassë-n Atalta "Where Leaves Once Fell", is free to sign up for campaigns right now. This is because I still need to make maps and fully note up the Underdark and Elemental Planes for my other big but more standardized fantasy world!
Andanéya Lassë-n Atalta is your standard fantasy world with very light steampunk components, but turned upside down. A cataclysmic event destroyed the world as we know it, with even the Underdark not surviving this rattling of the plane unscathed. With oceans dry, and oasises scarce, the people of this world that survive begin to rebuild the world - eeking out and crafting locations that serve as islands, refuges where the world resembles what it once was.
I'm actually currently working on doing a full remake this world map with assets drawn by myself! I even stream it!

Game Style
I pride myself on detailed world building that I can rely on to pick up the slack. In addition, a collection of battle-maps and the ability to improvise on the fly means that I am rarely caught unprepared for more than a few seconds.
I personally think that the world building helps improvise because building and integrating people and places has become second-nature to me.
House Rules:
Other than the standard Flanking 5e optional rule, and the requirement of using spell components if no focus or component pouch is available, I don't use many house rules.
One important thing that I should note is other than boss fights or incredibly important moments of suspense, my rolls are always visible. My combat for example is half automated for speed, but also to show that I only guide this tour and the rolls and stats have the wheel.
Custom Content:
Most custom monsters are simply repainted, rethemed, or renamed stat blocks. Other than that I have two main sources of custom content other than the source books.
- I used UA vehicles as a guide to develop several different desert traversing vehicles for that, in addition to some solid research on sails and kites.
- Adamantine is not alone, it, Glimmersteel and Mithril are all considered divine metals and make up a trinity of choices for players. Glimmersteel for example is like a weightless bound and summonable armor or (sharp) weapon, and Mithril is meant to protect against and be useful against magic.
Setting Summary
The Endless Desert - This is also known as Andanéya Lassë-n Atalta, which is Elvish for "Where the Leaves Once Fell." Once a lush world with vast oceans and animal life, now reduced to a barren hell-scape by The Great Undoing. For nearly 50 years the surface was effectively uninhabitable save for a few specific shelters such as the original grove. Over the past two centuries, many groups, mostly druidic circles, sought to make the world inhabitable again. Through druid-craft, traditional irrigation, or shear willpower areas were carved where forests could grow once more. The distance between areas suitable for this is vast however, and the safer airship travel only recently became common over the original method of dune riders - skiffs propelled via the powerful winds with giant canvas kites. Few surface dwellers survived The Great Undoing that made the world this way, but whatever did this left not even the underground untouched. Large areas simply collapsed and ceased to be in the Underdark, the event even blowing enough ground away from the originally Drow city of Twin-whispers to carve a sizeable opening directly to the surface above the city. The underground repercussions allowed many of those in forced servitude under the Drow to escape, forced to choose between the alien Underdark and hunters and the savage dunes above. The force of the blast did cause enough turbulance to effectively wash what little dry areas of the third Underdark layer and parts of the second layer away. The third layer became effectively fully submerged after several underground oceans and parts of the original world's oceans that weren't immediately undone drained into it. Of the surviving surface members, only a small amount of Hill Dwarves, several Dwarven Mountain Homes, a single but vast human city, a Yuan-Ti city of refugees, Goliath tribes shielded by dense mountains, the Minotaur tribes sheltered within 4 mesa's and short mountains of a rather verdant desert, and part of a High-Elven spire survived. Some Orcs survived due to inhabiting ancestral cave-based worship sites as well as Kobolds for similar reasons.
